About Kay

Kay Butler-Lueking, LLC, MC, NCC, LPC is an Arizona state-licensed psychotherapist with a Master of Counseling degree.

She specializes in the provision of counseling services and consulting related to substance abuse, trauma, anxiety and depression, self-esteem, and relationship issues. Her integrative approach is based on her own life experience.

Kay is trained in a variety of treatment modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (she is an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant and EMDR Certified Therapist), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (she is an SP Approved Consultant and Certified Advanced Practitioner), Havening Techniques® (she is a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner), Internal Family Services and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Kay’s holistic orientation incorporates techniques from traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, experiential psychology and spirituality in treating clients. Kay also provides consultation for therapists seeking EMDR certification, as well as those seeking Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Consultation and experiential sessions.
